Frequently asked questions
Do features change depending on the plan?
No. Flow, Sitemap, heatmaps, sessions, audiences, target paths, Compare and A/B tests are included in every plan, even Free: only the volumes change.
Solo or Pro?
Solo is made for one person, a freelancer or the only designer on the team: one editor, you, and as many viewers as you like to show results to your clients. The subscription is personal. As soon as several designers work together, each with their own account, move to Pro.
What is a session?
One visit by a user to your prototype. Sessions are counted per calendar month, across all your workspaces.
What happens if I go over my session limit?
Nothing is lost: new sessions are recorded as usual, but hidden. You see how many there are and unlock them by changing plans.
How does the annual commitment work?
You pay every month, at a lower price, for 12 months. After that, the subscription continues at the same price and you can cancel anytime.
Why a dachshund as a logo?
It started as a pun on “dashboard” and “dachshund”. We liked it because a dog stands for a good nose: the one that searches and leaves no stone unturned. And the dachshund, with its long body, looks like a flow to follow.
Do prices include tax?
There’s no VAT to add: DASHUND is exempt under the French small-business VAT scheme (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The price shown is the price you pay. DASHUND is for businesses only.
